Packages

Our Essential Care Programme is ideal for customers who want their garden kept neat, safe, and well-maintained.

It focuses on the most visible and frequently used areas of the garden, providing reliable upkeep without intensive plant care.
Includes:

• Lawn mowing during the growing season (if applicable)

• Strimming of lawn edges

• Blowing and tidying of paths and hard surfaces

• Rotational weeding of selected priority beds (as agreed at quotation stage)

• Trimming and shaping of small shrubs (no ladders or specialist access required)

• Safety pruning to remove hazardous or obstructive growth

• General garden tidiness and presentation

More detailed plant care, additional beds, larger shrubs, hedges, and specialist tasks can be added via our optional add-on services.

The Complete Care Programme builds on Essential Care and is suited to gardens that require more comprehensive attention.
This programme provides a higher level of consistency across the garden and includes light shaping of shrubs to maintain form and structure.
Includes everything in Essential Care, plus:

• Rotational maintenance of all garden beds

• Shaping and maintenance of small to medium shrubs (no ladder required)

• Increased overall garden consistency

Our Premium Care Programme is our highest level of service and is designed for gardens that require consistent, comprehensive care throughout the growing season.
This programme delivers the most uniform appearance across the entire garden and is ideal for larger or more complex properties.
Includes everything in Complete Care, plus:

• All garden beds maintained on every visit

• Shaping and maintenance of large shrubs (excluding hedges)

• Highest level of consistency, finish, and attention across the whole garden

Our Estate Care Programme is designed for very large or complex gardens where a standard package is not suitable.
A bespoke maintenance plan is created following a site visit, taking into account garden size, layout, planting complexity, and access.
This programme is fully tailored and priced individually.

Add-on services can be combined with any care programme to tailor the service to your garden’s specific needs.

Plant Care Add-On
Specialist horticultural work carried out as required throughout the year, including:

• Pruning of trees, shrubs, and woody plants

• Dividing and rejuvenation of herbaceous perennials

• Deadheading and seasonal plant care

• General plant health, structure, and long-term development

Plant care work is scheduled at appropriate times based on seasonal and plant requirements and may be carried out alongside regular maintenance visits or separately where required.

Hedge Cutting Add-On

• Cutting and maintenance of all hedges on the property

• Priced separately due to variation in hedge size, height, and access

Lawn Care Add-On

• Lawn treatments and specialist lawn care services

• Quoted separately depending on lawn size and condition

• Hard Surface Treatment Add-On

• Weed control and treatment of paths, patios, and hardstanding areas

Pressure Washing Add-On

• Cleaning of patios, paths, and hard surfaces

• Typically offered as a periodic or one-off service

Green Waste Removal Add-On

• Removal of garden waste from site

• Quoted separately due to volume and disposal costs

Visit frequency is agreed during the quotation process and may be weekly, fortnightly, or monthly depending on the package selected and the needs of the garden.

Most maintenance is carried out during the growing season (March to November). Winter attendance may be reduced, adjusted, or paused depending on site conditions and requirements.

Pricing is calculated annually and spread evenly across 12 monthly payments, providing a consistent monthly cost regardless of seasonal variation.

Payment is typically made by monthly Direct Debit, providing continuity of service and simple, predictable billing.
